Well, here it is, my first post.
"Grey Tape" goes a long way back. It was my CB handle in the USA at about the time of the 55 mph speed limit, and the '73 oil crisis.
Now I'm 3500 miles away from Washington DC, in London. It's dark, it's raining, and I have to compose a letter to our local Member of Parliament, about bicycling. So I'm doing this instead.
